We know that your ring will be a part of all life’s moments – as is usually the case with treasured jewelry . Therefore, part of our service commitment to you is that every five years if you ship your ring to us we will be happy to polish and brush it .

The service applies to all our models and of course extends to those who’ve  inherited your ring from a relative or friend. We love the idea that our rings live on and continue to be worn by someone who means a lot to the original owner . We are responsible for the polishing and this relationship is inherited along with the ring.

Some scratches mark a moment

Your ring might have scratches that you do not want to get rid of – because they mark a moment that you cherish. We totally get it. Just put some scotch tape on the mark that is “a keeper”, and we will leave it be. We would be honoured for you to   share the story about that particular moment. Knowing this makes us even more committed while working on your ring. That’s what makes a relationship stronger – everlasting, just like a circle.
