Process – From order to delivery

When placing your order, it is important that you measure correctly, and indicate the proper size as each ring is custom made, especially for you and therefore cannot be returned.

Ring size should be measured in mm and by using the inside diameter.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. 

In approximately 10-14 days after your order, you will receive a letter to your shipping address.
This letter will indicate that your ring is in the process of being manufactured and will also provide you with the number combination that will be engraved on your ring.

The number combination provides:
The steel’s material certificate, the series it is manufactured in and individual aspect of where your ring is in that series. 

The ring is turned and polished by hand and engraved in a machine specifically for your order. When it has reached the high standard of quality that Circulus Ferro stands for, the ring is packaged in its box.  

About 10-14 days after you have received  your initial letter, you can expect your package to arrive. Inside the package, will not only be your custom made ring but it will also include a material certificate which shows the quality of the steel used to create this personalized item.
